Before founding Black Butterfly Consulting, LLC, Stephanie built her pursuit intelligence foundation at Accenture, where she served as a Knowledge Management and Capabilities Specialist — embedded in capture management and proposal strategy teams, anticipating what senior strategists needed before they knew they needed it. She went on to serve as a pursuit strategist at Sutherland Global Services — where she led strategy on pursuits totaling nearly $20M across federal civilian and SLED markets, including a landmark federal contract win for the firm. She also served as Independent Proposal Director supporting CompQsoft on federal defense and intelligence agency pursuits, including programs at DCMA, DLA, and the FBI.
